, - May 13, 2009
The Pi Kappa Epsilon Chapter of the American Criminal Justice Association/Lambda Alpha Epsilon at Gateway Community and Technical College will host its second Annual Community Parking Lot Sale on Saturday, May 30 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Vendors can rent spaces for $10 and keep the proceeds from their sales, or they can donate items they want to get rid of to the chapter to be sold. All proceeds from donated items and space rental will go toward the Pi Kappa Epsilon chapter and will help fund upcoming chapter activities and events. “Last year we had a promising number of vendors and customers, and we hope to do even better this year” said Chris McGreevy, chapter president.
The event will be held at the Edgewood Campus located at 790 Thomas More Parkway. Vendors can setup at 7 a.m., and the public is invited to begin shopping at 8 a.m. Vendors can RSVP by email at cmcgreevy0001@kctcs.edu.
Tim Chesser, criminal justice program coordinator, is the group’s faculty advisor. For more information about ACJA, contact Chris McGreevy, at (859) 372-0077 or cmcgreevy0001@kctcs.edu. |
